Goliath Horned Worms are great for sub-adult and adult bearded dragons, large chameleons, and like sized or larger animals.

These cultures contain approximately 24 worms, but do not have enough food nor space to allow them to reach full size. If you are looking for giant worms, this culture will require additional supplementation in order for the worms to continue growing. Otherwise, these goliath worms will remain small and are intended to be fed off in large quantities.

Are these the things I see on my tomato plant?

They are extremely healthy. They are high in calcium, low in fat, low in chitin, and have an extremely soft exoskeleton so your animal will not have trouble digesting them. All this provides more usable nutrition for your animals.
