Return Policy


You must contact our office at 631-737-6474 to receive an RMA # All claims must be reported immediately and all claims are handled with either replacement or store credit. We do not issue refunds of any kind.

Jungle Bob’s Reptile World is not responsible for freight/shipping charges on the replacement of animals or merchandise. Any product not in original packaging or in sell-able condition will not be eligible for a return. Returned items that are damaged are not refundable. Please make sure to insure your return with your shipper for the full amount of the purchase as you are fully responsible for making any claim to the shipper you used for the return.

Original Shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable and shipping costs for the return of any item/s is the full responsibility of the customer.
