-All product returns must be pre-approved and sent back at customer expense within 15 business days from the original shipment date.
-If product is damaged or defective, customer must contact us by email at info@junglebob.com within 24 hours after receiving your order. Photos of any damaged items must be included as well as the packaging.
-We are not responsible for any return freight/shipping charges on any product for any reason.
-Refunds are subject to approval upon inspection of the returned product(s).
-Any product returned by customer not in original packaging or not in sell-able condition may not be eligible for full refund. All refund decisions are made by management.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
Please contact us via email (info@junglebob.com) to receive an RMA# before returning your products.
Place RMA# on top of box being returned, above the return address.
We can provide a return shipping label if needed (at the cost of the customer. We are not responsible for return shipping cost. Invoice will be sent for exact postage amount.)
Please carefully package the item(s) for return shipment as we are not responsible for breakage during transit back to us.
You may want insure your return with your shipper for the full amount of the purchase as you are fully responsible for making any claim to the shipper on return shipments!
