LIVE FEEDER SHIPPING POLICY:
-We strongly recommend requesting your package be held for pickup. Especially in hotter summer months and colder winter months.
-Live and visibly healthy arrival is only guaranteed when shipping temperatures at both ends are between 35 – 90F without heat/cold packs, and 25-95F with cold/heat packs. If temperatures fall out of these ranges, we will hold your order until the temperatures are safer. If you want us to ship it anyway without any guarantees you may request that.
-Live arrival guarantee only. We cannot cover any losses you may experience after they arrive.
-If feeders arrive dead please take a photo or 2 and/or short video for proof ASAP. We need to be notified by the end of that same day at the latest. (we will see when package is delivered via tracking info.)
-If your package is delayed or mishandled by the carrier, all guarantees are void. We will open a case with the carrier and if we are reimbursed, we will refund your order.
-Live feeders are only shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid any delays over the weekend.
