Zoo Med's Aquatic Turtle Food is a low protein, floating pellet food for all types of aquatic turtles like Red Ear Sliders, Painted, Spotted, Asian Aquatic Box type, Sidenecks, etc. The low protein food helps prevent abdominal shell deformities that a high protein food would cause over a long period of time. Less uneaten food and spoilage are achieved by making these pellets float and allows the turtles to eat their preferred way, off the surface.
